Undress Zone is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all users in accordance with the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR"). This page outlines how we meet our obligations as a data controller and describes the rights available to you as a data subject. For a broader overview of our data practices, please also review our Privacy Policy.

As data controller we determine the purposes and means of processing and are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable data protection legislation. If you have questions about how your data is handled, contact us at [email protected].

Your Rights Under GDPR

As a data subject within the European Economic Area, you are entitled to the following rights under the GDPR. Undress Zone honours each of these rights without undue delay.

Right of Access (Art. 15)

You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether your personal data is being processed, and if so, to access that data along with information about the purposes, categories, and recipients of processing.

Right to Rectification (Art. 16)

You may request the correction of inaccurate personal data or the completion of incomplete data we hold about you.

Right to Erasure (Art. 17)

Also known as the "right to be forgotten," you can request the deletion of your personal data when it is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected, when you withdraw consent, or when processing is unlawful.

Right to Restrict Processing (Art. 18)

You may request that we restrict the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances, such as while we verify the accuracy of data you have contested.

Right to Data Portability (Art. 20)

You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and to transmit that data to another controller without hindrance.

Right to Object (Art. 21)

You may object to the processing of your personal data at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation, including objections to direct marketing and profiling.

Right Against Automated Decision-Making (Art. 22)

You have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects or similarly significant consequences for you.

How to Exercise Your Rights

To exercise any of the rights described above, send a request to [email protected] or use our contact form. To protect your privacy, we may need to verify your identity before processing the request. We will respond within 30 days, or sooner where required by law. If additional time is needed due to the complexity of the request, we will inform you of the extension and the reasons for the delay.

Data Retention

Undress Zone adopts an ephemeral-by-default approach to data storage. Uploaded media and generated outputs are automatically purged within 14 days of creation. Technical logs, including IP addresses and device fingerprints, are deleted or anonymised within 30 days unless preservation is required for an active investigation or legal obligation. Account data is retained only for as long as you maintain an active account and is deleted upon request or account closure.

International Transfers

Personal data collected from users in the European Economic Area may be transferred to and processed in the United States. We implement appropriate safeguards for these transfers, including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, to ensure your data receives an adequate level of protection regardless of where it is processed. For more information on these safeguards, contact [email protected].

Supervisory Authority

If you believe that our processing of your personal data infringes the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in the EU member state of your habitual residence, place of work, or place of the alleged infringement. We encourage you to contact us first so we can attempt to resolve your concern directly.
