Consent Requirements

Before processing any image depicting a real person through Undress Zone, users must have documented, explicit consent from the individual depicted. Consent must be freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous. Users are solely responsible for obtaining and retaining proof of consent. Undress Zone reserves the right to request evidence of consent at any time and to suspend accounts where consent cannot be verified.

Prohibited Content

The following types of content are strictly prohibited on Undress Zone. Uploading, generating, or distributing any of the following will result in immediate enforcement action:

• Content depicting minors — Undress Zone maintains a zero-tolerance policy. Any content involving, suggesting, or depicting individuals under the age of 18 is prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Non-consensual imagery — Any image processed or distributed without the explicit consent of the individual depicted.
• Bestiality and incest — Content depicting or promoting sexual acts involving animals or familial relationships.
• Hate speech or harassment — Content that targets individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
• Content promoting violence — Material that incites, glorifies, or instructs others to commit acts of violence.
• Unauthorized use of real persons' likenesses — Using another person's likeness without their documented consent for any purpose on the platform.
• Intellectual property infringement — Content that violates the copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of third parties.

Prohibited Conduct

In addition to content restrictions, the following behaviours are prohibited:

• Bypassing or attempting to bypass security measures, age verification, or content moderation systems.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the platform, its models, or its infrastructure.
• Automated scraping, bot-driven requests, or mass generation of content outside authorised API usage.
• Sharing, publishing, or distributing generated content without the consent of all depicted individuals.
• Impersonation of real people, including creating synthetic media intended to deceive others about a person's actions or statements.

Intellectual Property & DMCA

Undress Zone respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on our platform without authorisation, submit a DMCA notice to [email protected]. Your notice must include:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• Identification of the infringing material and sufficient information to locate it on the platform.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• Your contact information and a physical or electronic signature.

Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in one or more of the following actions, at our sole discretion:

• Immediate removal of offending content.
• Temporary suspension or permanent termination of your account without refund.
• Referral to law enforcement agencies, including reports to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable.
• Pursuit of legal action to recover damages and enforce our rights.

By using Undress Zone, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Undress Zone and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of this policy or misuse of the platform.

Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behaviour that violates this policy, please report it immediately by emailing [email protected] or by submitting a report through the takedown form. Reports involving minors, non-consensual imagery, or imminent harm receive priority processing and will be reviewed within 24 hours.

Undress Zone may update this policy at any time to reflect changes in our platform, legal requirements, or industry standards.
