Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2025. This document explains the personal data we process at Undress Zone, why we collect it, and the safeguards we apply to protect your privacy. Because our platform manipulates sensitive imagery, we prioritise transparency, consent, and rapid deletion workflows.

Data We Collect

We gather the information you provide voluntarily when creating an account, purchasing credits, or contacting support. This includes your email address, billing country, payment identifiers, and the prompt metadata required to render AI outputs. We never sell this information, and we only retain it for as long as the purpose demands.

Technical logs—IP addresses, browser fingerprints, device IDs—are collected for fraud prevention and abuse monitoring. These logs are purged or anonymised within 30 days unless we must preserve them to investigate terms-of-service violations or comply with a lawful order.

Uploads and Generated Media

By default, user uploads and generated renders are deleted from active storage once a job is complete. Premium members can opt into extended retention for collaborative workspaces, but even in those cases we automatically purge media that is older than 14 days. You can trigger immediate deletion from the notification bell, the account hub, or by emailing [email protected].

Our moderation team may temporarily store problematic samples to train abuse-detection models and prevent repeat offences. Those samples are encrypted at rest, hidden from standard operators, and removed once the investigation concludes.

Payment Processing

Undress Zone uses vetted payment partners that specialise in adult commerce. We never see your complete credit card or crypto seed data; processors tokenise that information and return only the references we need to validate a transaction. More details about billing safeguards are outlined on the pricing page.

Your Rights & Choices

You may request access to the data we hold, ask for corrections, or demand deletion. European Economic Area users can exercise GDPR rights, California residents can invoke CCPA protections, and many other jurisdictions provide equivalent remedies. Submit requests via the contact centre and we will respond within the legally mandated timeframe.

You can disable marketing emails from the footer of any message. Core account alerts—password resets, payment receipts, compliance notices—are still delivered because they are essential to the service.

Law Enforcement & Disclosures

We cooperate with legitimate law-enforcement requests that arrive with proper jurisdiction and documentation. Our policy is to notify the affected customer unless the order prohibits disclosure. When we identify non-consensual deepfakes or sexual abuse material we preserve relevant logs, suspend the account, and alert appropriate authorities.

Questions or Complaints

Reach our privacy team at [email protected] or submit a ticket through the support form. If you believe we mis-handled a complaint you can escalate to your local data protection authority; we are registered in the United States and maintain representatives in the EU and UK for GDPR and UK GDPR compliance.
